The Role
The Quaker Canada Supply Chain Finance Associate Manager is an integral member of the Quaker Supply Chain Finance team and is primarily responsible for AOP and periodic forecasting processes, with an increased focus on 3rd Party SC Operations to drive financial analysis and forecast accuracy. This role will also lead key processes including TPO (Total Product Optimization), capital and productivity planning and tracking. Other accountabilities include financial modeling and analytical development to support capital, innovation costing, process simplification and automation that ultimately enables QSC to deliver it’s short and long-term goals.
You will be a key Finance contact responsible for providing operational and financial support, insights and recommendations that enable effective decision-making and elevate performance within the Quaker Canada Supply Chain function and with our US Quaker SC counterparts.

Responsibilities
- Lead core components of the Quaker Supply Chain PSP, AOP and period close processes, including 3rd party operations, FP&A and North American reporting requirements
- Support the delivery of the Quaker Supply Chain financial plan, period close results and forecast with the Quaker Supply Chain Finance Manager and Analyst
- Generate insights and financial analysis to drive growth and productivity through the TPO and productivity tracking processes
- Work with SC teams to generate capital investment DCF and financial sensitivity analysis
- Support topline revenue growth and innovation pipeline through costing and financial analysis
- Other process, simplification and NA harmonization projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred. MBA and/or CPA an asset
- Min 5+ years of work experience in finance / accounting; experience in analyzing and forecasting results
- Experience in large company preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to influence at various levels of the organization by building relationships to manage conflict and embrace change
- Ability to work and think independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Strong knowledge and background in accounting, forecasting and financial modeling preferred, experience in Supply Chain an asset
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and quickly identify key drivers of a business or accounting issue
