About the Opportunity
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting including A/R, A/P and preparing of financial statements
- Prepares reports and analyzes variances, identifying risks making corrective action recommendations
- Reviews invoices and authorize payments, accounts payable and receivables for the entire organization
- Preparing and posting of journal entries for all transactions
- Reviewing currently processes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate and manage annual audit by preparing necessary audit working paper files
- Provide financial support for other project and initiatives through completion of ad hoc analysis and reports
About You
- Canadian professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA)
- 5-10 years’ experience within a Finance Manager or above role
- Able to be very hands on (ie. Posting journal entries within A/R, A/P, bank etc.)
- Advanced skills with MS Excel, Office 365
- Experience with Dynamics 365
Pay Rate
$50/hour
