Some of what you will do:
- Support various areas of Finance
- Data Entry, Analysis and Reporting
- Internal / External Communications
Specifically, you will:
- Perform month end closing activities such as analyses, journal entries and generation of reports
- Prepare account reconciliations and resolve issues and unreconciled differences
- Enter and validate data provided by stores and customers in setting up customer profiles
- Provide meaningful analysis, in-depth review and commentary on monthly/quarterly/annual financials and comparisons to prior periods for areas assigned
- Prepare standardized reports used by other Finance team members
- Keep team apprised of unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances that may impact timelines
Qualifications
Some of what you need:
- 1+ years of finance or related experience is required
- Enrolled in an accredited university or newly graduated with university degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance or a related field
- Strong / Advanced Excel skills is required
