The Finance Manager will oversee a team of 6 and provide oversight in all aspects of financial reporting, including internal audit. As a hands on manger, you will manage a capable team as you lead in the completion of transaction processes and the finalization of the monthly reports.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining the general ledger

Reviewing and posting month end entries

Processing supplier invoices and staff expenses,

Overseeing A/P and A/R staff functions

Processing journal entries

Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Manager

Reviewing and balancing the sub-ledger

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

– Recent relevant financial experience

– Leadership in transaction processing

– People Management experience

– Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

– Mandarin speaking is preferred

– CPA or MBA preferred
