Our team is undergoing a major transformation and we are looking for an analyst developer for the Financial Markets sector. You will be called upon to contribute your knowledge to projects, and take charge of operational and technological initiatives.
More information about the role:
- Develop solutions in the NeoXam DataHub system (an Enterprise Data Management-type platform) to achieve expected results based on the needs expressed by Financial Markets, Risk, Operations, and Finance partners
- Implement efficient data feeds to integrate, transform and publish market and benchmark data
- Provide our partners with solid production support for their activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, finance or a related field
- Knowledge of at least one programming language used in data mining: Java, PL/SQL, SQL, Python, SAS or Matlab
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as resourcefulness and inquisitiveness
- Knowledge of derivatives and financial markets, preferred
- Experience integrating market data feeds from sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, etc., an asset
- CFA in progress, an asset
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology, an asset
- Be on call 24/7 one week per month on a rotating basis
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
