*Remote opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new Small Business mailing customers, contributing to the global market share growth objectives. You will execute the Company�s acquisition strategy, receiving leads from both internal and external resources, and manage activities with speed and attention to detail. You are ambitious and are motivated by personal development and growth opportunities, competitive compensation structure, and a fun, collaborative environment.� ��

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

�� Be an advocate for our brand and communicate the value-added benefits of doing business with Neopost vs the competition.
�� Manage a high volume of pre-qualified opportunities from receipt through to sale.
�� Determine the prospect�s business needs in order to recommend the best products and solutions to meet their requirements.
�� Educate customers/prospects on industry standards and best practices to influence their decision.
�� Propose and negotiate price and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
�� Accurately update and maintain the CRM with call activity and detailed notes.�
�� Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals and work effectively with immediate team and other functional areas.
�� Other duties as required.

What You Bring:

�� Post-secondary education or a minimum three years of experience in a call center/sales environment.�
�� Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
�� Solid sales skills � pitch, negotiation, objection handling, closing.
�� Ambitious with a strong work ethic and time management skills.
�� Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.�
�� Great teammate with a positive attitude.
�� Proficiency with MS Office and the experience working in a CRM environment.
