Do you have an outgoing personality and a big smile? You can put these assets to use as a Front Desk Agent at our Lodge, we are hiring for our upcoming summer season (July- September) with the opportunity for continued employment in our Winter season.

As a Front Desk Agent at Island lake Lodge, you would be responsible for the day to day operations at our main reception desk, involving check-in and check-out procedures, as well as handling reservations for our Hotel, Spa, Restaurant, and Hiking program, and taking care of sales from our small Gift Shop area. You will be the nerve center of our operation as such you will know everything.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in customer service and cash-handling procedures
• Moderate to high level of comfort working with computers
• Enjoy interacting with clientele and find providing exceptional service important and rewarding.
• Prefer a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking is required
• Positive, team-based approach to responsibilities
• Applicants must be willing to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Opportunity for continuing long-term seasonal employment following the summer season.
