Job title: Front Desk Person – Regent Hotel
Job description: We are looking for a friendly individual who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment. Must be organized and have great attention to detail. Must have the ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service and have strong computer skills. General Front Desk duties include answering main switchboard, taking reservations, checking guests in and out, security checks around the property, performing cash out and clerk balancing reports. Hotel Front Desk experience is preferred, however complete training is available.
Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •Previous hotel-related experience preferred •Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner •Knowledge of surrounding area and local events •Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette •Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
This position is mainly evening shifts (3 -11pm) and has the potential for full time hours during the busy summer months.
