Reporting to the General Manager, the Front Desk Manager plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities, human resources, materials and financial resources of the departement. He is responsible for the quality of Customer service.

Job description:

  • Responsibile for the work of the receptionists.
  • In charge of the follow-up with the customers.
  • Enforce the hotel’s service standards in his department.
  • Responsibility to maximize sales hosting.
  • Prepare work schedules and follow up daily
  • Supervise, train, discipline and motivate reception staff.
  • Perform the various follow-ups with the customers.
  • Perform various office tasks.
  • Work in coordination with other departments of the institution
  • Handle guests’ complaints and solve issues

  • D.E.C. (Diploma of College Studies) – Asset
