We are currently considering candidates for the following position:

  • Front Office Manager

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and lead the daily operations of the Front Desk Team, Concierge, Bell Services and Security Department. Responsibilities will include managing of service standards & guest satisfaction at the highest level; manage the Guest Obsessed Program, motivate, train, and develop team members; manage day-to-day FOH operations, departmental controls, SOP’s, administrative duties including maximizing the financial performance of the departments, front desk accounting, reservation and revenue management, payroll, scheduling, interviews and assists in making hiring decisions, strives to continually improve employee satisfaction; leading emergency response procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated, professional team-oriented leader, with minimum 3-4 years Front Office Manager supervisory experience in a similar environment. Candidate must have exceptional guest service and communication (both verbal and written) skills, a polished, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail, as well as proven leadership and problem-solving abilities. Some Post-Secondary education is required, preferably in a recognized Hospitality Program, as well as schedule flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and public holidays as needed. Strong knowledge of computer systems required, OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are preferred.
