Hotel Arts is opening a new lounge that will host two golf simulators to be enjoyed by our guests. This potential candidate will have the opportunity to join the Hotel Arts Group as a member of the team while overseeing the golf simulators and hosting private lessons.

Here are a few main tasks this key role will be responsible for:

• Oversee the hotel-provided golf simulator areas and equipment.
• Provide one on one private golf lessons to both external and internal hotel guests.
• Educate and help facilitate guests who wish to use the golf simulators during their lounge stay.
• Handle and maintain all equipment and software related to the golf experience.
• Host private events and facilitate large groups related to the golf simulators.
• Teach both management and staff the appropriate way to run the golf software when the Golf Pro is not in attendance.
• Maintain the proper physical appearance of the golf simulators, communicating with housekeeping and maintenance departments as required.
• Maintain a professional presence in the lounge when between tasks.
• Perform other assigned comparable or transient duties that are within the domain of knowledge and skills required by the position description.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Flexible schedule is essential. Willingness to work weekends.
• Excellent knowledge of all golf rules and tactics.
• Hospitality industry experience is an asset
• 1+ years of Golf Professional Instruction
• Position may be subject to a Criminal background check.
