We are currently looking for a full time administrator who can support and assist both of our Maintenance and Housekeeping departments. Here are a few of the tasks this role would be expected to carry out:

• Project management – communication of timelines, scheduling contractors, and coordination of project completion.
• Keeping an up to date spreadsheet database of maintenance or housekeeping upgrades and tracking issues for repair.
• HotSOS management, data entry, and communication between departments.
• Daily coordination of maintenance and housekeeping team tasks with an ability to prioritize those that are the most important for the department.
• Invoice collection and communication/coordination with accounting for budgeting purposes
• Central hub of communication for the maintenance and housekeeping requests. Filtering those as daily tasks, future projects, or long term items for capital planning.
• Keeping up to date monthly inventory of daily use items and completing ordering and tracking inventory on site.
• Project research including method/measure of repair or products/inventory needed.

• Overseeing and following up on training completed and or needed for either department (i.e. WHMIS, Fall Protection).
• Owning and overseeing the lost and found process and follow ups for the hotel.
