Job description: Are you looking for something a little different? Hotel Arts has relaunched our In-Room Dining offerings for our guests and as such we are looking for Food and Beverage superstars to join our team!

As a To-Go Specialist (In-Room Dining Server) at Hotel Arts you’ll not only have the opportunity to show off your extensive food and beverage knowledge, but you’ll also have the opportunity to create an exceptional accommodation and in room dining experience for our guests.

As the “To-Go” Specialist you will oversee the following duties:

• Anticipate and determine the guest and customer needs.
• Be available to answer guest “To-Go” requests by answering the phone and recording orders.
• Have a working knowledge of all POS systems to ring in orders
• Ensure that Hotel Arts “To-Go” standards of tidiness and hygiene are met when preparing and delivering customer orders.
• Retrieve food and beverage orders promptly so as to present it to guests or clients in a timely fashion.
• Delivery all “To-Go” orders to customers in a timely and prompt fashion.
• Prepare and deliver all necessary amenity items to guests prior to guest check in
• Complete all necessary side duties to stock and prepare items for all Hotel Arts “To-Go” orders.
• Clean and maintain all equipment relating to preparing “To-Go” orders (ie: Panini Press)
• Preform Expo and food running duties in Hotel Arts outlets whenever needed and is viable outside of “To-Go” duties.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified individuals will be customer service driven with a passion for providing exceptional food and beverage service
• A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a serving or similar hospitality role is preferable but not necessary
• Previous experience with the Micros Operating System is an asset
• Require people who are organized, excellent multi-taskers
• Must be responsible, honest and work well under pressure
• Valid ProServe Certificate
• Position may be subject to a criminal background check
