Regina, the Sleep Inn hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focused
individual to join our staff.

This is a Full Time Position. Hours are 6am – 2pm , 5 days a week: Wednesday to Sunday.

Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working and interacting with people. The Breakfast
Ambassador must be comfortable greeting and making conversation with our guests. They must be able to handle a fast paced environment.
Tasks include restocking breakfast items, cooking, cleaning and food preparation.

The Breakfast Ambassador will be responsible for:
– Interacting and greeting guests in the
morning
– Stocking and maintaining food levels on
the breakfast bar
– Ordering
– Cleaning of breakfast room, lobby and
other public areas, including public washrooms
– Providing service to meeting rooms
– Resolving any customer concerns
– Coordinating with various departments to
ensure all guests needs are met.

Skills & Abilities:
While previous hotel experience is not necessary,
customer service experience is.
– Superior customer Service Skills
– Excellent communications skills, both oral
and written
– Ability to work well and collaborate with
others
– Ability to problem solve and work
independently
