Job title: Hotel General Manager

Job description: As we are a small 9-11 rooms accommodations, the manager will have to wear many hats. Here is a list of the various responsabilities but are not limited to.

Ensure Guests Satisfaction

– Guests greeting

– Oversee bookings

– Proactively monitor guest feedback, correct any service or product challenges and respond
to the guest in a timely manner

Supervise Staff (employees and volunteers)

– Train and hire staff

– Supervise staff

– Make sure that the various tasks are done

– Supervise housekeeping team

– Establish Work Safe Procedures

Operations

– Perform front desk duties

– Develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations

– Ensure compliance with government regulations

– Conduct amenities inspections to make sure that they are all up to code

– Product stocking

– Ensure that all supplies are in good condition and in stock

Promoting

– Ensure daily presence on social medias (Instagram & Facebook)

– Update website regularly

– Respond to Google reviews

– Events organization and supervision

– Send Promotional Emails

– Keep the mailing list updated (GoDaddy)
