Seeking a dynamic hotel General Manager to champion the overall management of a boutique hotel and team oversight of the Food & Beverage operations; coordinate and drive maximum sales and revenue through customer satisfaction; strong focus on exceeding guest experience and expectations while reaching budgets; talent management and retention through employee engagement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have boutique hotel experience, strong rooms and revenue experience.

Required:

• 10+ years of Hospitality industry experience.
• 5+ years of Operational Leadership experience
• 5+ years of F&B operations experience
• Lifestyle Hotel experience preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hotel Management preferred
• Able to legally work in Canada
