Salary: USD $120,000-150,000 DOE

The Company:
My client is a Lifestyle branded hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. They are currently looking for experienced Hotel General Manager to join their outstanding & friendly team full time.
General Manager Duties:
- Develop and implement the approved business plan to accomplish and exceed the financial goals
- Excellent knowledge of local competition and industry trends.
- Lead the team through hotel emergency situations
- Actively manage the financial statement and review and critique performance in a timely fashion
- Conduct performance reviews of all hotel associates and the processing of all personnel records.
- Observe interdepartmental operations, conduct daily and weekly meetings HODs
- Ensure that all property equipment is in good working condition.
- Successfully maintain adequate staffing.
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of service
- Inspire and develop the hotel staff
- Monitor and strive for the annual budget
- Mentoring and developing a dynamic and diverse team
- Interacting with our guests and sharing the company’s story
- Driving sales and promotions through creative tactics and various seasonal campaigns
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in multiple operations to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
The ideal General Manager will possess the following qualities:
- 3+ years General Manager experience (Lifestyle boutique experience an asset)
- Mentorship management style to help train and develop a strong onsite management team at each property
- Pre-opening experience ideal
- Independent, self-motivated thinker
- Willing to take responsibility and accountability for the team.
- Can-do attitude and great problem solver
- Savvy with numbers
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays if required
- Effective communication skills
- Rational, prudent, and practical
