Job description: General:

The Pinnacle Hotel Whistler, a unique boutique style property, is seeking for Housekeeping room attendant(s) who will provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms, hallways and public areas, according to established Hotel Housekeeping Standards.

-Competitive benefits and wages from $19.02 per hour depending on experience.

Job Description:

• Cleaning of the guestrooms include: making beds and changing sheets as required, dusting, vacuuming, placing furniture to its original position.
• Cleaning of the bathroom inside the guestrooms includes: all sinks, taps, vanities, tubs, showers and walls and toilets.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, upholstered furniture and occasionally ceilings and vents.
• Keep work area stocked, organized and clean at all times as defined by the task list and cleaning schedules posted in the department.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Job Requirement:

• Previous housekeeping experiences an asset.
• Able to communicate in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting – under 20 lbs, Carrying – over 20 lbs.
• Pulling – over 20 lbs – bending, standing, reaching and kneeling.

• Salary/Wage: Hourly
