THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Solution Delivery team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for supporting and monitoring critical data and transactions within the Business Applications Management area. As the Solution Support Analyst, you will provide support to day-to-day activities, perform system checks, tactical resolution of system errors and master data management. You may also be asked to support with testing, supporting and working with the Business Systems Analysts on a variety of technology initiatives. THE ROLE
As the Business Support Analyst, Business Applications you will:
- Support with the release of solutions to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout following best practices.
- Monitor critical transactions to ensure the solution is operating effectively.
- Participate in the development & management of informational materials for Applications Management and Service Desk partners to ensure the continuity of understanding for adapting systems.
- Participate in the course of action for resolving all technical support tickets escalated from the Service Desk.
- Support the continuous improvement and optimization of existing systems
- Gather problem reports to identify and solve recurring system issues.
- Support with the implementation of structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Business Support Analyst, Business Applications has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
- Extensive excel skills and knowledge of other MS Office applications used for data cleansing and load programs
- Experience developing documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Experience working with packaged software with the proven track record of learning functionality and troubleshooting issues
- Experience working with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, eCommerce Platforms or Product Lifecycle Management Systems would be valuable
