Our client, a growing Montréal-based manufacturer, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely quotations to customers.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be accountable for:

– Providing accurate quotations in response to RFQs (requests for quotation) by developing and formulating lighting quotations, including budget pricing, value engineering and unit pricing
– Managing and prioritizing all incoming emails
– Managing time and deadlines effectively in accordance with bid times in order to provide an excellent customer service
– Working in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers to establish the most appropriate pricing strategy and customization as per client’s request
– Targeting the final goal of supporting the increase of sales
– Performing regular follow-ups with Sales Representatives on potential sales opportunities
– Maintaining close communication with Sales Representatives in order to promote a strong partnership
– Offering your own expertise over products to clients
– Participating in training programs for current product line as well as the surrounding technologies

The ideal candidate will possess:

– A bachelor’s degree
– A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an inside sales coordination role
– A good knowledge of software: MS Office, ERP (Epicor – an asset)
– A solid experience with quotes and negotiation
– Effective communication skills
– Organizational and time-management skills
– A great command of systems and processes
– Problem-solving skills
