A local parts company is looking for a friendly and customer service focused, Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a great entry-level position offering a positive and fun work environment, Ski pass, flexible schedule plus lots of opportunities for growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility to weekdays or weekends off.
• Starting wage of $20+ per hour depending on experience.
• Hiring incentive bonus of $750 to be paid in increments over 6-months.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:

• Automotive parts counter sales experience or knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Exception customer service skills both via phone and in-person.
• Work well indepdnantly; able to stay on task, manage time and juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong team player; lead by example and pitch in where needed.
• Push yourself to set and achieve goals and motivate those around you to do the same.
• Make strong social connections and want to be a part of an organization that treats its people like family.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with good time management and problem-solving skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Provide walk-in and call-in customers with an exceptional customer service experience.
• Use your automotive knowledge to make aftermarket auto part and accessory recommendations that best meet the needs of our customers.
• Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region, and organization levels in order to source, order and deliver the right solutions for our customers.
• Seize every opportunity to grow your automotive knowledge.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team’s success.
