Inside Sales Representative – North Vancouver up to $50K
Our client, a leader in the Canadian technology accessories market is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to perform a full range of inside sales duties, focusing on achieving targets and developing new relationships with new and existing customers
Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships and generating sales with existing customers and new prospects
- Regularly checking in with all assigned customers
- Working to achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Providing prompt, courteous service and accurate technical advice
- Monitoring the status of orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Enquiring on customer inventory levels and assisting with sell through of products
- Providing accurate product pricing and quotations
- Preparing reports and analysis on sales and margins
- Cold calling and actively seeking new business
- Analyzing sales and product information, evaluating trends and opportunities
Experience and skills
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or Marketing
- Goal oriented and eager to connect with customers
- Proven telephone sales skills that lead to new business
- Enthusiastic about technology and the digital accessories marketplace
- Effective time management skills
- Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Experience with an ERP system such as NetSuite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Could be occasional travel within North America, valid passport is required
