Job description: Position: Inside Sales
Locations: Saint-Laurent and West Island

We currently have several openings in Inside Sales across the West Island and St-Laurent regions. These are full-time permanent positions offering in the $45K-$55K per year range plus bonus, full benefits and many other great advantages working for top employers offering essential services!

Here is what to expect:

– Working in the office or remotely and engaging with clients regularly (both available) – Assisting clients on product selection
– Consulting and providing information on product specification
– Demonstrating good listening skills to understand client’s needs
– Taking information and accurately entering orders
– Keeping track of the status of order
– Providing updates to clients regarding matters related to their orders
– Learning about clients’ needs to be aware of which products may be of interest
– Offering suggestions on products and alternative products when needed
– Building relationships with clients
– Taking pride in the customer excellence that you provide your clients
– Giving that extra to support clients and internal teams to grow the business

Qualifications:

– At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a client facing role (customer service, inside sales or related)
– Fluency in English and French with good basic written skills in both languages
– Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
– Dynamic and outgoing personality
– Interest to being part of a thriving company where you can contribute to the overall success of the organization
