Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the responsibility of the supervisor from maintenance, the holder of the position of control technician responds to the various requests for electrical / electronic intervention of the plant in the Delaisse required.

• Provide support to production and electromechanics when calling for service regarding electrical / electronic disturbances
• Effectual r them SUIVI à la suite de l’appel avec le superviseur et / ou l’opérateur. Fourni r les Informations pertinentes la suite des actions posées. Repond re aux urgences Lorsica d’Judgments of production.
• Perform electrical / electronic diagnostics and repairs for HMI, PLC, robot, control cabinet, ETC.
• Effectual r les sauvegardes sur les ÉQUIPEMENTS : Programs, software, hardware
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks when required.
• Perform calibrations on equipment
• Documents r les actions sur les Lignes posées registers dans le “Rapport mécanique» et / ou interal .
• Rempli r les réquisitions d’achat s lorsque nécessaire. Effectual r they SUIVI from réception des pièces commandées auprès de l’acheteur.
• Attend r aux rencontres of changement quartz. Comply r les règles of Procedures en place (cadenassage, bricolage, GMP).
• Labor r of SAFETY façon et s’assure r bien les Risques et identifier des Interventions Lorsica dangers Derniers et ces neutraliser.
• Ensure the transfer of relevant information and knowledge to colleagues (Electromechanics)
• Perform any other tasks inherent in the position and the proper conduct of the Maintenance service

• Automation system project monitoring and support. Build new automation programs if necessary.

SKILLS WANTED :

• DEC in instrumentation and control or any other degree deemed equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in the manufacturing / food sector to perform diagnostics / REPAIRS for a maintenance service
• Hold a non- construction “C” License
• Ability to complete required documentation for preventive and corrective maintenance as well as required reports on food quality standards.

• Know the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Special skills: team spirit , self- reliance , sense of initiative, effective organization, well-structured work method and attention to detail, considerate and able to determine the degree of importance of priorities.
