Job description: Our client in Mississauga is looking for an Intermediate Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Google Analytics, Bing Ads and DV360

Location: Missisauga (WFH until restrictions lift)
Duration: 3 months with posibility of extension

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth understanding of online marketing with a strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) management and real time bidding for lead generation. This role requires the ability of the taking up several SEM tasks including keyword management, creation of campaigns, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics.

Responsibilties:

  • Strategic expert on delivering industry first strategies and adapt to innovations for incremental leads
  • Subject matter expert for Search (SEM/SEO) who can develop and execute a complete end to end SEM customer journey to support the sales funnels and develop and implement retargeting strategies
  • Actively contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions
  • Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
  • Work with the analytics team to improve, user tracking and search optimization
  • Responsibilities include keyword research (discovery and expansion), provide insights on optimizing ad copy, review and analyze web site performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
  • Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative key-wording, etc.
  • Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, and conversions.
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
  • Work with cross functional teams to strategize and implement search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations.
  • Ensure synergies and that both SEO and SEM strategies compliment and build off each of the efforts as well as other marketing initiatives
  • Ensure there is a cohesive customer journey to capitalize on the customer funnel
  • Prioritize and manage workload effectively
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and to the highest possible standard
  • Integrate strategies and recommendations into other active marketing channels such as Programmatic Buying and Social Media.

Must Haves:

  • 5 + years experience in a marketing role
  • Google ads/google analytics
  • Bing Ads/ microsoft advertising
  • DV360
  • PPC (pay per click)
  • Background in ROI clients or lead based campaigns
  • Preferably – experience in banking/financing/ecommerce/hotel industry

Nice to have:

  • amazon advertising
