We are looking for a Level 2 IT Technician for one of our clients, located in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position – salary between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience.

Your missions:

Job description:

– Coordinate tickets, emails, calls and various employee requests, diagnose problems and resolve them
– Design, document and implement standard operating procedures and employee support guidelines
– Resolve information technology related issues for hardware and software
– Maintain, manage, troubleshoot and update computer systems and servers for performance and security issues
– Provide user support for a variety of web applications
– Manage user accounts

Profile description:

– DEP in computer science or any equivalent
– 1-3 years experience in a similar position
– Good knowledge of network protocols
– Good knowledge of different versions of Microsoft OS (including servers)
– Bilingual

Work experience: 2-3 years

Salary benefits : 4,583.5
