Your days will include:

• Routing invoices for approval and entering invoices
• Creating sales invoices for company expenses
• Reconciling visa, fuel, and other statements as assigned
• Processing payments
• Creating reports for various levels of management
• Data entry from various information sources into different systems
• Correspondence with external vendors and various internal parties and

respond to inquiries

• Filing of related work documents

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Basic training or experience using MS Office software
• Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
• Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Grade 12 education
• 3 years’ experience in a computerized office environment is an asset
• Basic accounting knowledge would be an asset
