We have an opportunity for an energetic Level I, Operations Support Desk in our OSD Team at our Saint John, NB Office. We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work and grow with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise.

Level I, OSD Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional service to the Wyndham franchise community and our internal customers. You are the first point of contact for WynPay, Brand Standards, MyPortal and MyRequest tool Navigation, rate parities, and margin inquiries as well as other requests such as tax changes, and Expedia refreshes. Ensuring properties are live on various Third Party websites by researching and analyzing issues and troubleshooting problems in the Central Reservation System (CRS) is one of the prime responsibilities of this role. Your accurate and efficient support of all the information that describes each Wyndham branded hotel such as static data, standard rate plans, and room inventory will ensure we meet our service level agreements.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one 1+ years of solid customer service and/or hospitality experience. Strong computer skills are considered an asset in the role including knowledge of email or outlook, internet researching, and multitasking using multiple screens and applications. A skilled problem solver with demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and franchisees is vital to your success.
