Job description: Logistics Coordinator required in Bradford

A UK leader in Freight Forwarding are looking to grow a UK Road department at their flagship site in Bradford.

You will be working in a team of 4 people managing a large account, arranging transport for all orders.

You will need to be a confident user of Excel and have great telephone manner.

Experience in a logistics administration role is essential.

The Package:
£20,000 – £25,000 (DOE)
Monday – Friday
08:15 – 17:00
1 weekend on call per month
25 days holiday + BH

The Role:
Logistics Coordinator will be sourcing and liaising with hauliers
You must ensure containers are collected from ports as they arrive
Logistics Coordinator will ensure most cost effective routes are used at all times
It is your responsibility to keep the customer up to date with any changes or delays
All associated administration

The Requirements
Confident Excel user
Excellent Telephone manner
Logistics experience
