Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine preventative maintenance on the building
• Minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry work
• Knowledgeable about the Hotel and property and its unique features
• Ensuring that all supplies in the Maintenance area are sufficiently stocked and the area is tidy
• Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, conducting any other reasonable duties, which may be assigned Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a maintenance worker role an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Previous customer service experience an asset
• Ability to lift 25 kg
• Ability to work standing for 8-hour shifts, and overtime as required
