Job description: Bio-Catalytics is an exclusive distributor of Bio-Organic Catalyst, a line of proprietary product compositions, based upon its unique patented broad-spectrum of catalytic biochemistry products. It establishes an entirely new platform technology for the chemical industry, aquaculture, agriculture, biological film growth, mineralization and hydrocarbon remediation applications.

We are looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position of between 30-40 hours per week.

The salary of the position will range between $80,000- $100,000 per annum depending on your experience.

The duties of the Marketing and Sales Manager are to:

· Plan, organize and control regional sales operations;

· Determine strategic planning related to new product lines;

· Recruit and train sales agents in building relationships with business clients;

· Manage negotiations of international tenders according to the laws and regulations of each respective region where contracts are being negotiated;

· Manage negotiations and preparation of international tenders;

· Initiate market research; and

· Evaluate marketing strategies to date.

This position requires an in-depth knowledge of both sales and bio-chemical processes. The requirements of the position are:

· A university degree in business administration, chemical engineering or related;

· 5+ years of related experience managing sales and marketing in the chemical or biochemical industry;

· Previous experience preparing contracts;

· Previous technical sales experience in the chemical, aquaculture, agriculture, biological film growth, mineralization or hydrocarbon industry; and

· Prior experience managing sales teams.
