The Marketing Assistant has strong graphic design skills with an interest in digital marketing and customer service. They will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing initiatives including graphic design creatives, marketing material and other visual content, as well as assist with website management and social media. This role is highly cross-functional, providing exposure to key team members as well as external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Design of sales materials like stationery, presentations, coupons, sell sheets
• Conceptualization and design of social media graphics
• Design of internal communications material like: signs, notices and manuals
• Creation of 3D packaging renderings for sales presentations
• Creation of labels for sales and packaging purposes
• Design corrections on existing packaging materials
• Supporting Marketing Specialist with execution of Marketing Plan

• Working with Document Compliance Specialist to double check packaging and label details
• Translating all social media content into French
• Supporting with packaging, shipping, and tracking all marketing and media samples
• Monitoring website performance and making recommendations to necessary updates or changes
• Monitoring Marketing folder in shared drive to ensure all files are up to date
• Building Pinterest and TikTok account
• Community management
• Monitoring Facebook inbox and responding to customer service inquiries

• Monitoring Amazon and Google Reviews and responding to customer feedback
• Responding to collaboration inquiries from influencers and content creators (collecting media kits and making recommendations)

Skills/Qualifications:

• Demonstrated graphic design skills
• Customer service orientation
• Extreme attention to detail
• Previous customer service, marketing or social media management experience an asset
• Excellent written and spoken French & English A MUST
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik-Tok)
