Job title: Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Job description: Our client based out of Surrey BC is in the Wholesale Automotive, Industrial, & Hardware products industry located in Port Kells industrial park. You will be required to go in office everyday, with full-time hours. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong foundation in graphic design, an aptitude with layouts, a great attitude and team spirit, and a strong work ethic.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Keen eye for design and layout with strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities.
• Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint ,Word and MS Excel.
• Basic project management, editing and writing skills required.
• Ability to be efficient, timely, and reliable in a team setting.
• Works on additional special marketing projects and other duties may be assigned.

Customer Service responsibilities

• Replying to email inquiries

• Answering phone calls

• Taking orders and information from customers

Education and experience
Post Secondary preferred.

Communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.

Reasoning ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to solve problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
