Job description: Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Saint-LaurentAn international manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Saint-Laurent branch. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary in the $55K to $65K range plus full benefits and other advantages. This role will be performed from home until further notice.

In this role, you will be working on a team and managing all of the coordination for marketing tasks to support the team. The company has a solid team and is bringing the marketing department to the next level. This role offers is in a diversified and dynamic industry with career development opportunity and growth.

The following is a summary of the tasks involved:

– Working with freelancers / agencies, gathering information and follow-up
– Working on various projects such as brochures, landing page, tradeshows
– Participating in daily meetings with the marketing team as they are ramping up and bring the marketing department to the next level
– Participating in activities such as marketing campaigns, developing a network of partners and reps, creating private pages, product launches, etc.
– Coordinating marketing projects
– Overseeing materials by optimizing, editing, and reviewing for consistency
– Enabling cross functional duties across departments within the company
– Tracking progress and staying on top of projects with key stakeholders
– Working with deadlines and meeting timeframes on deliverables
– Solving problems and overcoming obstacles which can cause delays
– Supporting the sales and marketing team with marketing initiatives
– Executing digital tasks such as emails, social media posts

Qualifications:

– At least five years of experience in marketing coordination
– Digital knowledge and knowing how to work with other platforms such as HubSpot, can send emails / post social media / revision of brochures to name some aspects
– Fluency in English (excellent skills required) and French (a strong asset)
– Education in marketing or related is considered an asset
– Outgoing and confident to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
