Job description: We are searching for an energetic arts business administrator to join
our team as the Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Associate Director of
Communications, in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, this position
is charged with executing data-driven digital and email marketing campaigns
aimed at maximizing ticket sales. The ideal candidate is versed in written
communications, with an analytical and results-oriented mindset. If you have quantifiable

Email Marketing

· Design and implement direct email
marketing campaigns

·
Create, schedule, and distribute email communications to patrons

· Test, optimize, and improve email
campaigns

· Maintain email marketing strategy and
integrity for best results

· Identify target audience with the
intention of growing the company’s email reach

·
Conduct A/B tests on email marketing tactics to maximize
effectiveness

·
Report and analyze key email performance indicators to identify
areas of growth and improvement

Digital Marketing/Social Media

·
Creates
and post engaging content for social media channels in collaboration with the
Communications Coordinator, ensuring
alignment with campaigns

·
Track
impact of social media activities; monitor trends for growth

·
Optimize online display advertising and Google Ads campaigns

·
Maximize and optimize existing digital marketing campaigns across a
variety of channels

·
Work with our external agency to maintain a strong digital
strategy

·
Assist with the design and execution of new digital marketing strategies

Analytics

· Champion and uphold metrics that drive
ticket sales: awareness, engagement, and conversion

· Monitor and aggregate campaign data
weekly, monthly, and quarterly

· Utilize digital marketing analytics,
analyze data, and recommend action based on data

·
Derive insights from user data and make recommendations to improve
performance

Other

·
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy

·
Other duties as required Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Required

·
Post-secondary degree
in Marketing, Communications, or work experience in a similar role

·
Expertise in social media platforms
such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and
more

·
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

·
Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and proofreading

·
Analytical and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to
detail

·
Highly
organized and professional self-starter

·
A
love for theatre and the performing arts

Assets

·
Working knowledge of HTML and/or Adobe Creative Suite

·
Experience in Google Analytics, Adwords, and display advertising

·
Experience with ticketing systems (Tessitura) and email marketing
platforms

·
Experience with photo and video
editing

·
Knowledge of theatre ecology and
theatrical practices

  • Salary/Wage: $42,000-$44,000 per annum
