Our Downtown Vancouver client is looking for a permanent, full-time Marketing Director to join their team and continue to drive their continued growth and success:

Location – 100% in-office, Downtown with parking, easy transit (SkyTrain/Bus) access
Salary – $125K-$150K base + bonus, full benefits

– Project Management:
o Work with the Sales, Leasing and Development teams to set the marketing strategy and program including events and exhibitions, print, digital, paid, PR and social media.
o Execute the approved strategy – creating marketing briefs and engaging outside vendors as required.
o Oversee the schedule, budget, and all marketing deliverables within the project
o Collaborate with partnership on projects as required

– Department Management:
o Oversee the marketing team on a day-to-day, providing support and guidance and ensuring projects are resourced adequately
o Oversee marketing project schedules and budgets across all projects

Qualifications / Requirements
– Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
– Strong knowledge of marketing and communications
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Detail oriented with superior project management and follow-through skills
– Ability to take initiative, solve problems and work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
– Strong relationship-building and ability to interact with all levels of an organization
– Work well in a fast-paced, high-volume organization with a diverse portfolio of work
– Occasional travel required
