Job description: Budget T-Shirt Ltd. (Budget T-Shirt), is a wholesale distributor, operating in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to do online and offline marketing for our company.

Job Duties:

1. Lead and motivate the team to carry out brand building projects, control the quality of creativity, and execute creative marketing and branding plans efficiently for both online and offline stores

2. Promote the company’s customer service and provide employees with a working environment and development opportunities that can release more of their potential

3. Align with stakeholders to deliver marketing programs that deliver qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

4. Establish distribution networks for products and services, and direct the marketing strategies of establishments.

5. Use market research, customer data, and the competitor activities to analyze effectiveness of strategies and to identify effective promotional methods, investigate new marketing opportunities and negotiate marketing contracts.

6. Maintain good working relationship with current suppliers and constantly seek partnerships with new vendors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales, communications, or marketing is required

• 5+ years of experience in marketing

• Proven strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills

• Strategic thinker that can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
