Job description: Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $37.70 – $ 38.50 per hour, for 37.50 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and develop marketing, pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
• Identify new customers and support sales team efforts.
• Create promotions with advertising managers.
• Plan budgets, including expenditures and development appropriation.
• Develop and manage advertising, promotions etc.
• Direct, plan and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.
• Coordinate with other departments for overall organisation goals.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School required, diploma an asset.

Work Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience.

Language: English

Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for
extended periods
