Job description: Seaclippers Consulting Ltd. is a consulting company located in Richmond, BC providing immigration and education services to clients. We are now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead Seaclippers Consulting’s marketing operations by developing and executing strategies that build brand awareness and support business growth objectives.

Main Duties:

1. Plan, direct, and implement the marketing activities of the company to support educational business growth

2. Develop and executes digital marketing activities including paid search, display, paid social, and email marketing

3. Conduct research and design surveys to understand current and prospective clients’ needs and feedback on our services, especially clients from overseas.

4. Determine marketing strategies for targeted markets based on the result of marketing research and surveys to promote our company

5. Analyze sales data and measure the effectiveness and results of executed campaigns

6. Establish distribution networks for Canadian education institutions, third-party platforms, and overseas agents

7. Approve marketing contracts and invoices

8. Organize promotional events and seminars and represent our company in education exhibitions, such as ICEF, WEFC, etc.

9. Attend staff meetings and provide updates on marketing activities

Requirement:

1．Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma is required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2．Minimum 4 years of marketing management experience in consulting industry required

3．Knowledge and experience in interacting with educational institutions is a strong assest

4．Experience with marketing campaigns on social media

5．Proficiency in MS Office tools suite

6．Excellent organizer, communicator, multi-tasker, and problem solver
