Profile: our client manufactures identification products sold into the pharma,biotech, life scienes and industrial market. We are looking for a marketing manager who has experience working in or marketing to that industry. You will manage a team of specialists, work hand n hand with other departments, especially sales and will be tasked with implementing a global marketing strategy.

Territory: US and worldwide

Workplace: Laval (hybrid work from home and office)

Products/Services: Identification products sold to scientific industry

Salary: $90,000

Job Function:

• Manage a team of marketing specialists, content writers and videographers
• Lead our digital marketing efforts
• Roll out, support and lead marketing campaign
• Work with sales team to maximize lead generation
• Create reports and dashboards to follow progress
• Work with other departments such as tech support
• Ensure that processes are well-documented
• Oversee the creation of scientific content
• Ensure marketing automation with Hubspot

Job Requirement:

Development vs Maintenance: N/A

Road vs Office: 5% vs 95%

Languages: Excellent spoken and written English

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Masters

Training: On the job training supplied

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight ravel required

Years of experience: At least 3 years in a similar role

Other requirements: Must have experience in scientific industry

Transferable contacts: Contacts within biotech, pharma or life sciences is an asset

Transferable Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of inbound marketing and digital marketing required
• Understanding of CRM tools, specifically HubSpot
• Excellent writing skills in English
