Job description: Position: Marketing Product Development Coordinator
Location: 100% remote (West Island office eventually)
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year + bonus
Job Type: permanent
Our client, a well-established industry leader in full expansion, is looking to hire a full-time, permanent Marketing Product Development Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
– Working with managers to coordinate the various aspects related to the product development cycles, such as maintaining accurate product information and the creation and costing of products in the database
– Gathering information to support the marketing team on execution of product strategy and events
– Creating competitive analysis reporting to identify and track product performance and profitability
– Supporting internal teams and clients in coordinating product information for packaging, marketing materials, and branding of products
– Coordinating projects related to product launches, samples, demos, promotions, etc.
– Maintaining timelines as related to products and overcoming obstacles causing delays
– Participating in analysis, such as product performance, profitability, competitive markets, etc.
– Assisting in managing the relationships with vendors and customers, as related to product information, availability, training, etc.
– Performing various other tasks to support the marketing department
Qualifications:
– 3 to 5 years of experience in product coordination or in administrative support for a marketing or sales department in working to support a product launch
– Aptitude for technical spec and information
– Excellent English skills (oral and written) – French is an important asset
– Strong MS Office skills
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, an asset
– Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
– Attention to detail and analytical skills
– Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
