Job description: Our client, a leader in the health care solutions industry, is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Oakville, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responsible for a mix of activities that support marketing initiatives that enhance our corporate brand identity, manage the implementation of brand and style guidelines, collaborate with partner agencies and internal team on the development of marketing content, support the development of communication strategies, drafting press releases, and coordinating interviews, manage and executing print and digital advertising campaigns, among other duties as assigned. This is an 18-Month Contract position.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Business, or another relevant program is required
• 3-5 years related experience in a marketing and/or digital marketing
• Experience using social media platforms and analytics such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience with graphic design and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of marketing automation software, email programs and best practice
• Motivated self-starter that can manage competing demands, with a high degree of attention to detail
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills

Salary: $45,000 – $60,000
