NATIONAL ACCOUNTS SALES COORDINATOR

National Accounts Sales Coordinator

Markham, ON

$52,500-57,500 plus pension and benefits

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

This role will assist in the management of national accounts for a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

Provide daily sales support for all the brands under the company’s umbrella by collecting and organizing sales reports for analysis

Assist with the development of presentations and product proposals for meetings between the sales team and customers; interact with National Accounts daily via phone or email

Communicate directly with accounts regarding their orders; interact with other departments to ensure orders are processed, filled, and shipped according to standards

Attend calls when launching a new account to assist in the set-up process and requirements

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets

Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is an asset

Ability to multi task, work on several projects simultaneously and manage deadlines

Valid drivers’ license, vehicle, and ability/willingness to travel
