Job description: The Hillcrest is looking for energetic hard-working employees to join our team.

We are a fast-paced hotel and would like to offer individuals an excellent opportunity to experience the food service industry. We are looking for a full-time evening line cook coming into the busy summer season. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting environment. We are looking for staff with the following skills:

Motivated and capable of working independently and with a team

A strong knowledge of kitchen work.

Ability to follow direction and adapt to work environment

Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation and hygiene

Developed knife skills and techniques

Understanding of prep cycles and par stocks

Understanding and producing products based on recipes provided

Producing prep list and managing daily prep based on priority

Ability to work on a fast-paced service line

Willingness to work shifts weekdays and weekends
