Job Description
Job Title Operations Logistic Administrator.
Job Summary: Maintains logistics systems. Works with Operations to trouble shoot issues and enhance workflow. Assists with system releases, including documentation on new processes and training as needed. Manages orders held in various systems to get them released in a timely manner. Compiles daily TAT reports. Provides support DMS Systems/OPS.
Essential Duties:
- Assists with troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Looks for process improvements and streamlining within DMS
- Maintains procedural documentation/manuals for system processes
- Assists with testing and rollouts of system enhancements/releases.
- Clears orders in DMS and Oracle systems
- Route and monitor orders that has an expedited turn around time
- Turn Around Time reports
· Assists process changes and enhancements including DMS, EOM, and Customers.
· Assist in preparation and undertaking of all associated training.
· Assists operations staff with research of lost/problem orders, files, shipments
· Cover Operations Logistics Analyst when required
· Co-ordinate with Client Services & Sales dept regarding Customer orders shipping issues.

· Knowledge of Logistics systems and processes
- Ability to convey system enhancements or issues that are occurring to Supervisors and IT.
· Ability to troubleshoot systems
· Knowledge of warehouse operations systems and equipment
- Personal computing skills, including MS office applications
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
College/ A Level Education
Minimum C grade at GCSE Level for Mathematics and English
Data analysis experience
Microsoft Excel Intermediate or Advanced Level
Understanding of XML computer programming language
Atleast 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Experience of CRM/Database/Oracle
SQL query writing experience
Relational database structure/design experience
Admin experience, writing documents and process mapping
Essential Physical Demands
Warehouse environment
Standard office environment
Travel required
Sedentary work
