Job description: AGM Renovations provides quality basement/bathroom finishing services throughout the GTA and surrounding area. We are the fastest growing business in this industry, and now hiring an Operations Manager to join our team!

The Operations Managers responsible for managing activities that are part of the construction of residential home and services.

Your direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.

Job Description

· Confirm the start date of the project with all PMs on Thursday for the following week

· Review the job scopes

· Confirm that POs are issued prior to starting a project

· Distribute the warranties between the Project Managers

· Approve all the credit change orders

· Check that POs are approved on a weekly basis

· Notify the suppliers about new Project Managers staffed

· Ensure that Project Managers send tradesmen schedules start date weekly

· Provide weekly updates on the list of financing projects –ensure the projects meet deadlines required

· Ensure that POs are submitted on time

· Will be held accountable if projects are late or if PM is late with PO

· Provide on going training in regards to process and procedures and ensure that all PMs are aware of any changes made

· Review the master schedule and ensure it is accurate and up to date

· Manage client complaints of projects and resolve issues

The ideal candidate would possess prior knowledge in construction as a business owner or GC.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
