Job title: Operations Supervisor (Mat Leave)

Job description: The Operations Supervisor must have a minimum of a degree or diploma in an agricultural, biological or chemistry related subject and a minimum of three years of experience in the cannabis, biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry working under GPP and/or GMP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Complete and accurate maintenance of all documentation required for GPP/GMP compliance
Set staff objectives and execute performance reviews.
Proficiency in and the ability to perform and troubleshoot the following techniques: pruning, harvest, trimming, curing, bulk packaging, pre-rolls, dry flower fill and other processes adopted by Bold Growth.
Plan and develop the production and manufacturing activities
Remain current regarding technical production and manufacturing requirements.
Exercise leadership within the team by organizing, scheduling, training, evaluating and coordinating the work of others.
Support the Manager in the development and maintenance of operating budgets
Liaise with other departments in support and coordination of the production and manufacturing operations.
Coordinate calibration, maintenance and validation of all equipment in the Production and Manufacturing department
