ABOUT THIS TEAM

On the product education team, you will work cross-functionally with our design, raw materials, Whitespace, training and merchandising teams to create strategy that delivers technical and informative to our educators, helping elevate the in-store guest experience.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Operations Specialist for Product Education, you are responsible for the calendarization, and scheduling of product education related Go-to-Market gates. You create process where process does not currently exist. You are a natural connector who works with cross-functional partners to understand the business needs that impact the product education team’s work. Your organization skills are impeccable, and you thrive in an agile, fast paced environment with multiple timelines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calendarization and scheduling of differing product education workstreams, inclusive of Why We Made This, Naming and other various projects
  • Works with Design, Development and Quality partners to facilitate the WWMT workstream season over season and is able to identify when their work input needs follow-up
  • Project management of new ventures
  • Creates process for new initiatives where process does not exist
  • Collaborates with various cross-functional partners to streamline the communication of product strategies
  • Partners with global teams to ensure the workflow off-calendar product is captured in product education teams work
  • As a member of a small team, you have the ability to “wear multiple hats” in order to solve problems across the category and office environment.
  • Bring genuine, original creative ideas to the table
  • Effective presentation skills, whether for internal or cross-functional project reviews

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination
  • A desire to continue pursuing higher education as it pertains to this role
  • Knowledge of the go-to-market process and product development lifecycle
  • Experience with and aptitude for Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams and Sharepoint documents
