We are seeking a Program Manager that is results oriented to achieve success during a pivotal moment of our talent acquisition evolution plan & to continue to embed our customer commitments, improve our current processes and deliver better hiring experience both internally & externally. This role will work to strategize and analyse the management of tools and platforms leveraged by our Talent Acquisition Team to ensure we are working efficiently and effectively through the end to end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, testing, validation & implementation of our Technology roadmap as it related to Talent Acquisition
  • Provide business leaders expert consultative advice to break down strategic problems, and analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Leverage and manage technology and automation to improve the effectiveness, cost and experience of the recruitment process. This includes assessing and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and streamlined reporting
  • Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effect support of talent acquisition programs & solutions
  • Establish project objectives, tracks project metrics and tracks key milestones and deliverables
  • Supports Talent Acquisition team in generating reports, surveys, and preparing analysis on data across the organization
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed

What you bring:

  • You are data-driven and can interpret trends for areas of strength and opportunity
  • Experience managing large organization projects and programs (in particular in HR / Talent Acquisition)
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to understand opportunities and anticipate the potential impact and across multiple critical projects
  • Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with data mining and predictive analytics principles and practices
  • Strong excel skills
