About This Opportunity
The Project Manager, Engineering manages Product Supply Systems Canada facilities and capital equipment (Machinery & Equipment) projects that cover the entire country
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-year projects involving potentially 7 manufacturing facilities and 64 Field Ops facilities concurrently
- Execution of project plans ensuring project scope, timing and budget goals are met
- Provide expertise in equipment, machinery operation, water treatment operations, syrup production, etc. to ensure operating efficiencies at production sites
- Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers
- Manage the process for suppliers to be included on approved supplier list
- Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection
- Develop Multi-year capital plan for all manufacturing and Field Ops facilities in conjunction with fellow project managers through facilitation of Director of Engineering
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of carbonated beverage industry experience as Plant Manager or Operations Director
- 8+ years of operations experience or maintenance without a college degree
- Technical expertise in facilities, processes and/or machinery utilized in the beverage industry
